We need to prepare the students today so that they are ready to solve future problems not yet identified using technology not yet invented, based on scientific knowledge not yet discovered. Hence with well qualified teaching and non teaching staff we are preparing up our children for next generation in inclusive and quality centric epistemic process. The students become participants in learning, not just merely securing a body of knowledge, so that their learning becomes linked to their life outside the school
